I am a normal person, not a company, so my terms are written like a normal person would ask you to use a free tool. If anything here is unclear, ask me on the contact page rather than guessing.

What using ToolHub means

ToolHub is a set of free browser tools. You use them at no cost and without creating an account. You are welcome to use them for work, for study, for a small business, or just to get a form sorted out. I ask only that you do not resell the tools as your own or try to scrape or overload the site.

Your files are yours

Because every tool runs in your browser, the files you choose are processed on your own device. They are never uploaded, stored, or read by me. I cannot see your documents, I cannot recover them, and I cannot be responsible for them. Keep your own backups, especially for anything important.

What I do not promise

I build these tools carefully and use them myself, but I cannot guarantee every result on every browser and every file. An unusual file can trip a tool up. You are using them as-is and at your own risk. I am not liable for any loss that comes from using the site or its tools, including an important file that behaves oddly.

Third-party parts

The site loads a couple of open-source libraries (for PDFs and fonts) from public CDNs and measures basic traffic with Google Analytics. These third parties run under their own terms. They never receive your files, because your files never leave your browser.

Changes

If I change something important, I will update the date at the bottom of this page. Since there is no account and no personal data, I have no way to email you about it, which is one of the reasons this site stays simple.
